General provisions
These Terms govern product selection, ordering, payment, and delivery through Memorial.am. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the product description, price, delivery method, and these Terms.
Products and natural flowers
Funeral wreaths and floral arrangements are made with natural flowers and plants. Flower shades, sizes, stages of bloom, and placement may differ slightly from the photographs. If a particular flower is unavailable, it may be replaced with the closest suitable alternative while preserving the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement. We will try to contact the customer in advance if a substantial change is required.
Placing and confirming an order
An order is considered received after it has been successfully submitted through the website. The customer must provide an accurate name, phone number, email address, full delivery address, and any other information required to fulfil the order. A member of our team may contact the customer to confirm the address, delivery time, ribbon message, product composition, or other details.
Prices and payment
Product prices are stated in Armenian drams. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the address and selected delivery method. Available payment options are shown on the checkout page. Memorial.am does not store full payment card details where the payment is processed by a third-party payment service.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times and charges are displayed at checkout. The customer must provide a correct address and a valid phone number. Minor timing variations may occur because of traffic, weather, restrictions at the ceremony venue, or other circumstances beyond our control. If the order is to be delivered without the customer present, the details of a person who can receive it on site must be provided.
Condolence ribbon
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all names and wording provided for the ribbon. If the text is too long or cannot technically fit in full, we may suggest a shortened version or a different format.
Changes or cancellation
Please contact us as early as possible to request a change or cancellation. Whether the request can be accepted depends on the processing stage, flower procurement, production of a personalised ribbon or special structure, and whether delivery has started. Refund and compensation requests are handled in accordance with applicable law, the nature of the product, and the work already completed.
Quality concerns
If the delivered product differs materially from the confirmed order or has visible damage, please contact us as soon as possible, provide the order number, and include photographs where possible. Each request is reviewed individually.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided details, address, phone number, recipient information, and ribbon message. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delay, redelivery, failed delivery, or additional charges.
Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Limitation of liability
Memorial.am is not responsible for delay or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond our control, including road closures, severe weather, governmental or local restrictions, communication failures, or other force majeure events. This does not limit any rights granted to the customer by applicable law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on the website. The version in effect when the order was placed applies to that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
