Data we may process

- details of a funeral home, church, or ceremony location;
- order contents, condolence ribbon text, and other order information;

- payment status and technical payment transaction identifiers.
Bank card data
When paying by bank card, the full card number, CVC/CVV, and other confidential card details are processed within the secure payment environment of the relevant bank or payment service provider. Memorial.am does not store full bank card numbers or CVC/CVV codes.
Purposes of processing
- accepting, confirming, preparing, and delivering orders;
- communicating with customers and confirming order details;
- organizing payments and recording transactions;
- maintaining customer accounts;
- handling requests and complaints;
- operating and securing the website and preventing fraud;
