General provisions
This Policy sets out the main terms governing order cancellation, product returns, and refunds for orders placed through Memorial.am.
Nature of the products
Memorial.am funeral wreaths and floral arrangements are generally made specifically for each order using natural and perishable flowers and plants. Պատվերներ may also be personalized by ribbon text, color scheme, delivery time, and delivery location.
For this reason, once preparation has started or a completed product has been delivered, cancellation or return may not be possible, except where the product is defective, materially differs from the agreed order, or a mandatory right of return applies under applicable law.
Cancellation before preparation begins
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If preparation has not yet started, the order may be cancelled and any amount paid in advance refunded through the original payment method.
Cancellation after preparation begins
If preparation has already started, flowers have been purchased or prepared for the order, or a personalized element has been produced, we may be unable to accept cancellation or return. Such cases are reviewed individually, taking into account the actual stage of order fulfilment and applicable law.
Completed and delivered products
A custom-made product made from natural flowers and delivered in proper condition is generally not returnable solely because the customer has changed their mind.
This does not limit any mandatory legal rights relating to defective, damaged, or materially non-conforming products.
Quality issues or non-conformity
If you receive a damaged, clearly defective, or materially different product from the agreed order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs where possible.
Where the claim is justified, we may offer replacement, correction, redelivery, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Delivery issues
If delivery fails because of an error by Memorial.am, please contact us immediately. We will try to arrange redelivery or offer another appropriate solution.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, an incorrect phone number, the location is closed or inaccessible, or no person is available to receive the order, a refund for an already prepared custom product may not be possible.
Refunds
Payments made by bank card or another cashless method are generally refunded through the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise required by law or the rules of the relevant payment service provider.
The time required for the refunded amount to reach the customer may depend on the servicing bank or payment system.
